Step-by-Step (Arriving from a Flight)
After baggage claim, follow overhead signs for “Ground Transportation” and then “PHX Sky Train.”
Take the elevator or escalator to the PHX Sky Train platform.
Board the PHX Sky Train toward the Rental Car Center (clearly announced onboard).
Trains arrive approximately every 3–5 minutes.
Ride time is about 5 minutes from Terminal 3 and about 8–10 minutes from Terminal 4.
Exit at the Rental Car Center station.
Inside the Rental Car Center, look for the counter with the same logo shown in your confirmation email.
Complete your paperwork, then follow posted signs to your assigned vehicle area in the parking garage.

Before arriving, check your confirmation email from Hola to verify your rental agency provider.
Your provider may be one of the following brands:
Avis, Budget, Payless, Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, Alamo, Enterprise, or National.
👉 When you arrive at the Rental Car Center, simply follow the logo of the same rental company listed in your confirmation. Each company has its own counter and vehicle area inside the building.
