Quick Summary

  • Only Avis, Budget, Payless, and Alamo allow changes to your booking for as long as the pickup time has not passed. Any change triggers repricing based on live availability and current rates. Prices and availability are not guaranteed. 
  • For all the other rental companies such as Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, Enterprise and National you must cancel your existing booking and make a new booking with the desired changes. Please note Hola Car Rentals' cancellation policies. 
  • Hola Car Rentals can only modify bookings before pickup. If your booking is in progress, you must contact the rental company using the phone numbers listed on your rental agreement. Hola Car Rentals can NOT modify a booking in progress.

Step-by-Step

  1. Gather your Hola Car Rentals order number (HOLA1000000), Rental Company confirmation number, and email address.
  2. Determine whether you can modify your booking (Avis, Budget, Payless, Alamo bookings only before pickup time) or if you need to cancel and rebook (Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty).
  3. Contact us using our WhatsApp Service line (Only WhatsApp no calls) +1 (786) 999-8312 or our customer service support email soporte@holacarrentals.com if you need changes.
  4. Confirm with our team if you would like to apply the change, or keep your original if pricing/availability isn't acceptable.
  5. After the booking modification, you will receive confirmation via email.

Important

  • Pay Now vs To Pay at Destination: Taxes and fees may still be required to pay at destination.
  • Some bookings require cancellation/rebooking under the posted policy.
  • Changing pickup/return cities can create a one‑way rental with fees.
